Purchases of all of our items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a product is damaged upon receipt, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receipt and we will process the exchange. Items must be unused and unworn. We reserve the right to reject the return for any items that do not follow the above guidelines. Your exchange will be shipped within 3-5 business days of mayasdesiboutique receiving your items. You will receive an email confirmation with a USPS tracking number once your exchange has been issued.

For all international shipments, if the country chooses to charge duties or taxes, those fees are the responsibility of the customer. Should a customer choose not to pay the fees and the shipment is returned to mayasdesiboutique, no refund will be provided to the customer.
